Starmer’s threat to Israel proves Labour hasn’t changed
Labour’s obsession with Palestine isn’t new. It didn’t start on October 7th, 2023, or with the latest war between Israel and Hamas. No, go back years, even decades and you’ll find the Palestinian flag fluttering everywhere in Labour conference halls, waved not as a symbol of peace or diplomacy, but as a political weapon. Long before the terror attacks, long before the latest headlines, Palestine was a totem of the hard left, a convenient proxy to bash Israel and in many cases, to mask something far more sinister..”good old fashioned Jew hate.”
Let’s be blunt, you’d never see the Union Jack held with the same pride at a Labour event. In fact, you’d be labelled a nationalist, a “fascist,” or some other slur from the hard left playbook if you dared to fly the British flag at Labour conference, but the Palestinian flag?…that’s their sacred cloth. You could be forgiven for thinking Labour’s main foreign policy objective was defending Hamas, not protecting the UK’s interests.
It’s fashionable now, Palestine is the accessory of the radical left. For many of these keyboard warriors and protest marchers, they haven’t read a page of history, couldn’t point to Gaza on a map, but they’ll scream “Free Palestine” at the top of their lungs. They don’t care about the complexities, or about Israeli children butchered in their homes on October 7th. No, the anti Israel cult is now a badge of honour on the left. They wear it like a social justice medal. But it’s not about justice, It’s about hate.
Let’s be clear, criticism of Israel is legitimate in a democracy, I for one do not like what is going on, or seeing any kids suffer, but when that criticism is one sided, obsessive and ignores the actions of terrorist groups like Hamas, it’s no longer foreign policy, it’s bigotry. When Israel is the only country ever mentioned, the only nation demonised and Hamas, a group that literally rapes, murders and kidnaps women and children, gets a free pass, then we’re not talking about human rights anymore, we’re talking about a deep rooted hatred.
Now Keir Starmer, the supposed “moderate” – is threatening Israel with unilateral recognition of a Palestinian state, no conditions, no mention of Hamas laying down arms, no calls for an end to rockets or suicide bombings. Just a straight up ‘reward’ for terror. And not a whisper of consequences for the terrorists. What message does that send?…that violence pays. That butchering civilians will get you what you want and It’s utterly shameful.
Where’s the solidarity with Britain’s Jewish community, many of whom have been left terrified in the wake of rising antisemitism across our cities? Where’s the condemnation of pro Hamas marches clogging up our streets every weekend?… where’s the leadership?
Labour isn’t just failing to put Britain first, it’s actively undermining one of our closest allies and enabling hatred to grow at home. This isn’t diplomacy. It’s appeasement and it’s disgusting.
Starmer’s mask has slipped. The obsession with Palestine isn’t about peace for many on his side, it’s about power, posturing and pandering to a hard left base that hates everything Britain stands for.
Time to call it out – loudly.

I despise this man. Doing this for his votes. Despicable! Israel are fighting for us. He will regret it because I’m sure that Israel will stop sharing critical intelligence with us . We need that intelligence desperately! They track the terrorists coming here. He should hang his head in shame.
During the 2WW Britains antisemitism wasn’t tested back then, but it’s being tested now & the Left is boldly showing us with whom they stand & it’s not pretty
