Glasto madness just gave Reform UK another 2% in the polls..
What we witnessed at Glastonbury this year wasn’t a music festival, it was a political freak show, a £400 a ticket playground for the bourgeois set to play dress up as revolutionaries. From an outsider looking in, it didn’t feel like a celebration of music or culture, it looked like a celebration of anti British values and frankly, it looked like a festival of antisemitism.
Foreign flags everywhere, trans flags flapping in the breeze, like we’re all supposed to forget what biology is. Palestinian flags being waved like confetti, some even scrawled with “Free Palestine, from the river to the sea” - a slogan that, let’s not kid ourselves, calls for the complete eradication of Israel and it’s people. Support for terrorist groups like Hamas and Hezbollah wasn’t even subtle this year. They were bold about it and where was the outrage from the Police?… nowhere.
If that was a football fan waving a Union Jack in support of Tommy Robinson, they’d be arrested before they finished their pint, but cheer for terrorist groups?…the police will hand you a water bottle and thank you for your activism.
And guess who turns up to spew their usual bile?…Owen Jones, Gary Lineker, and of course Jeremy Corbyn, the unholy trinity of metropolitan smugness. Owen preaching from his tent with zero self awareness, Lineker strutting around like he speaks for the people, he definitely doesn’t, and Corbyn?…that man should’ve retired with some sort of dignity left, but instead he’s still trying to resurrect his political corpse in front of a crowd who think “economic growth” is a swear word.
Let’s talk about those crowds, these weren’t working class Brits, they weren’t ordinary folk struggling to afford rent or get a GP appointment. These were mostly well off people, mixed with London elites, eco warriors with iPhones and trust funds, and lefty celebs, banging on about capitalism while sipping £12 cocktails. The champagne socialists in their natural habitat. These are the people who will tell you borders are racist, police are fascists, and billionaires are evil, all while spending the GDP of a small country to party in a field…and then they get back in their electric and head home to Notting Hill.
Anti capitalist graffiti, pro immigration rhetoric, JK Rowling slandered on murals, yes, really, all for defending women’s rights. These people are not in touch with reality. They think they are the majority, but remember this…in 2019, they were chanting Corbyn’s name like it was Beatlemania, he got trounced and obliterated at the General Election. Infact, he was utterly humiliated by the British people. The silent majority rejected them then and they’ll do it again with the next lefty extremist.
You watch, the scenes from Glastonbury this year won’t sit well with Middle England. The silent, sensible majority, the people who don’t tweet, don’t scream at strangers in the street, but quietly cast their vote, and they’re watching and they’re really disgusted.
Reform UK just gained another 1–2% overnight, not because of a policy speech. But because the British public saw what the alternative looks like, and they definitely want no part of it.

At least the Americans are talking about not issuing a visa to him for his upcoming tour.
This abomination was broadcast around the world by our so called national broadcaster. Reaffirming to the entire world that if nothing is done we are lost.
Thanks for your article Adam , it was spot on.
Just got an advert from Barbour, the posh outdoor clothing supplier that only city folk wear (only ones who can afford it)
It showed a bunch of ‘celebrities’ wearing their festival gear.
Tee shirts starting at £50
Baseball caps £25
Wax jackets £250
Wellies £60
All starting prices
One only needs to see that advert to appreciate who goes to this shitfest.
BTW I once saw a sea of wellingtons left in central Leeds after the Leeds festival ( I mean hundreds of pairs just dumped)
Also haven’t the lefty owners of Glastonbury just side stepped tax on £80 million?
How socially minded!
