Courts are failing Women
Let’s cut through the cr*p, because this has gone beyond a joke now, our courts are putting women in harm’s way, plain and simple. Every single week, there’s another report, another case, another soft slap on the wrist, for a man who’s sexually assaulted a woman… the message is loud and clear, and it’s definitely not justice, it’s open season on women.
Take the latest utter disgrace, Ahmad Ahmedzai, of Hemel Hempstead, he was just handed a 27 week prison sentence for THREE sexual assaults on the Tube, that’s three women, three separate attacks and he’s getting less than half a year behind bars.
Is that what the safety of women is worth in modern Britain? A couple of months behind bars and he will probably be let out early anyway?!!
The judiciary should be hanging its head in shame, we’re told that we live in a country that takes violence against women seriously, yet day after day, we see predators walk out of courtrooms grinning or with relief on their faces at just how short their sentence was. Whether it’s sexual assault, harassment, or rape, too many of these cases end with weak sentencing and excuses from judges more interested in “rehabilitation” than punishment.
Let’s talk about priorities, our justice system seems more concerned with the feelings of offenders and the criminals than the safety of the public. If you assault three women on public transport, you should be going down for years, not months. This isn’t a drunken mistake, or a misunderstanding, this is deliberate targeting of women and it’s happening in public places, in broad daylight.
If they’re this brazen in front of CCTV and packed commuters, what the hell are they doing behind closed doors?
We cannot keep brushing this under the carpet, women are being failed, not just by the vile predators who target them, but by the very system that’s meant to protect them, the courts, the judges and the Crown Prosecution Service… all of them need to take a long hard look at what they’re enabling.
Enough of the token gestures and awareness campaigns, we need sentences that actually scare these predators, make examples of them, put them away and protect women with more than words.
If the justice system won’t do its job, then don’t be surprised when people start calling for something far more serious than judicial reform.. husbands, dads, grandads and brothers won’t sit by and allow the women that they love, continually be put in danger.
The public’s patience is running out.

27 weeks....and Lucy Connolly 31 MONTHS for an offensive tweet!!!
Thank you for speaking up for women, few men do. I believe that is symptomatic of a country some years into hosting an ideology which sees women as second class citizens put on this earth for the pleasure of men & to reproduce. Sadly, their attitude to women is rubbing off on a lot of western men who see a chance to put women in a subservient role again. Of course that appeals only to numbskull lowlife men but there’s no shortage of them unfortunately.
